Depending on where you live, we will deliver your meals between 9pm - 12pm or 1am - 5am each weekday. All orders do incur a delivery charge of $7 per day. Please note if you are ordering multiple meal plans for family or friends on the one order/one location, you will only pay $7 per day.
Please leave your cooler bag/box with the ice bricks on your doorstep before turning in for the night. We collect the items on your next delivery day and leave you a fresh bag, with a fresh ice brick and your Hexey meals for the day.
For units or secure buildings, our clients provide us with a swipe card/access key for the common area and we leave their meals, cooked and delivered fresh, at their doorsteps every morning.
Hexey accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Hexey will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.
Hexey will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Hexey if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Missing meal items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a credit will be created to be used with the customers next order.
Due to the nature of our business, we require 48 hour’s notice for cancellations and credits.
If you wish to cancel your order or temporarily place a hold on your delivery, Hexey will refund you the balance or credit those meals to you provided you have notified us at least 48hrs before your expected delivery.
Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.
